âą Ensure recruitment tasks are executed for projects in Belgium and Switzerland âą Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists and conduct cold calling âą Proactively plan and implement panel recruitment solutions âą Provide project updates to management on progress and delivery âą Ensure monthly registrations targets are met for Belgium and Switzerland âą Call new registrants to confirm and update information âą Work across systems to resolve inquiries and complaints âą Ensure respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy âą Build and maintain relationships with panel members
đŻ Requirements
âą Degree level or equivalent experience âą Fluency in Dutch and English âą Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, or German preferred âą Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails âą Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills âą Ability to ask probing questions and ensure audience support
