âą Ensure recruitment tasks assigned for projects are executed âą Proactively plan and organize panel recruitment solutions âą Provide updates to project management team âą Call users to reactivate accounts and confirm email addresses âą Resolve project specific issues for members/respondents âą Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members via communication âą Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on data quality procedures
đŻ Requirements
âą Fluency in French and English âą Degree level or equivalent experience âą Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mail âą Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills âą Ability to ask probing questions and ensure audiences feel supported.
