📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day business operations and internal projects • Help document and improve processes to increase efficiency across teams • Participate in planning and execution of company projects and initiatives • Organize and manage the CEOs schedule, meetings, and communications (primarily via Outlook and Microsoft Teams) • Prepare reports, slide decks, and documentation for leadership and client-facing meetings using Microsoft 365 tools • Track action items, handle urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions • Learn and use Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Planner, To Do, SharePoint, possibly Azure Boards) to support work management • Gain exposure to AI tools (e.g., chat-based AI, prompt engineering, automation tools) to streamline workflows • Support implementation of workflow automation and digital optimization strategies within M365consult
