📋 Description

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing shared calendars in Outlook, and handling HR and recruitment documentation stored in OneDrive/SharePoint. • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, candidates, and clients using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other approved channels. • Maintain and update candidate and client records in Microsoft 365 tools (such as Excel, SharePoint lists, or basic CRM tables), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Assist in drafting and posting job listings for M365consult roles on various platforms, ensuring strong visibility for open positions related to Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and cloud consulting. • Conduct initial screening of candidates against defined criteria and basic qualifications before forwarding profiles to the recruitment and hiring team. • Schedule interviews and maintain ongoing communication with applicants via Teams, email, WhatsApp, or any other official communication channel approved by M365consult. • Coordinate virtual meetings and interview panels, ensuring all participants have the necessary Teams links, materials, and schedules. • Support any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by management to help streamline M365consults HR and recruitment operations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, with proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a startup, tech, or consulting environment. • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and reliability in following up on tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools, especially Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive/SharePoint). • Familiarity with IT industry terms and basic recruitment processes is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setup. • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client information.
