• Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day business operations and internal projects. • Help document and improve processes to increase efficiency across teams. • Participate in planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• High flexibility required to support urgent and time-sensitive tasks • Organize and manage the CEOs schedule, meetings, and communications (primarily via Outlook and Microsoft Teams) • Prepare reports, slide decks, and documentation for leadership and client-facing meetings using Microsoft 365 tools • Track action items, handle urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions. • Learn and use Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Planner, To Do, SharePoint, possibly Azure Boards) • Gain exposure to AI tools (e.g., chat-based AI, prompt engineering, automation tools) to streamline workflows. • Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week. • Treat the internship like a real job in terms of commitment, reliability, and professionalism. • A short trial period will apply; consistent underperformance can lead to early termination.
