📋 Description
• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Establish a clear vision for the dating app and create a strategic roadmap to achieve it. • Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize features based on user feedback, market research, and business objectives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy. • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation. • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve the product. • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the app and drive data-informed decisions.
🎯 Requirements
