âą This is a remote position. âą KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform financial modeling and valuation for potential acquisitions âą Conduct due diligence and market/industry analysis âą Analyze risks, synergies, and deal structures âą Support negotiations and post-deal integration strategies âą Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
âą Mastery of English at C2 level is required. âą Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accountancy and any related courses. âą 5+ years of relevant experience (bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements preparation, A/R or A/P, FP&A, etc.) âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. âą Proven experience in M&A or investment banking. âą Strong knowledge of financial statements and valuation methods. âą Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills. âą Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
