📋 Description
• Elaborar pareceres e análises jurídicas sobre legislação aplicável ao setor de Life Sciences e Saúde. • Atuar em processos regulatórios junto a órgãos como ANVISA, MAPA, ANS e demais autoridades competentes. • Atuação em processos administrativos. • Assessorar clientes em temas relacionados a registro de produtos, Compliance regulatório, publicidade e rotulagem. • Monitorar alterações legislativas e regulatórias, propondo soluções adequadas. • Elaborar contratos e documentos relacionados à área regulatória e comercial.
🎯 Requirements
• Formação completa em Direito entre **2020** e **2023** • OAB ativa. • Inglês avançado - fluente será diferencial. • Experiência anterior com contratos e/ou regulatório de Life Sciences. • Diferencial: Candidato(as) que possuírem experiência anterior na IA Harvey e/ou outras.
