📋 Description

• Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights that support new business processes and refine existing ones. • Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries efficiently to meet business objectives. • Create and maintain detailed reports that combine narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences. • Continuously evaluate and enhance data mining and enrichment processes, developing tools and programs to identify new opportunities. • Lead and manage small data projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Work closely with other departments to align data insights with organizational goals. • Build custom reporting queries for Business Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field. • Minimum of five years' expert experience with Microsoft SQL. • Experience with medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred. • Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • SQL experience in a Big Data environment. • Ability to proactively develop innovative solutions while balancing multiple tasks. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
