• Conduct intensive, targeted consultation calls with pre-qualified female leads. • Provide empathetic, professional, and results-oriented guidance to leads throughout the decision-making process. • Accurately record relevant information and KPIs in our tools. • Conduct sales calls via Google Meet. • Collaborate with the team to design smarter, leaner processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in telephone-based B2C sales, ideally in the high-ticket coaching/mentoring space. • A genuine interest in supporting women on their journey to financial independence. • Understanding of product ladders (product tiering) and solution-oriented selling. • Experience in financial services or personal development, and experience with application processes or lead qualification are a plus. • Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Google Meet and Facebook is desirable.
