📋 Description
• Supporting onboarding processes and periodic reviews of international companies with banks and payment service providers • Managing business correspondence and communication with external partners, including banks and PSPs • Coordinating the collection of additional information and documentation from internal teams to respond to requests from banks and payment partners • Providing legal support for day-to-day business operations • Reviewing draft agreements with consideration for legal risks and internal company policies • Preparing, reviewing, and supporting contracts, including agreements related to the implementation of new payment solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Higher legal education • Fluent English (C1 level) • Experience working with banks and payment service providers (PSPs) will be considered an advantage • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset • Ability to analyze legal documents, think systematically, and work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment • Genuine interest in international law, banking and payment regulations, and a desire to develop professionally in these areas
