📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of multiple Generative AI use cases • Define end-to-end architecture for RAG systems (embeddings, chunking, retrieval, orchestration) • Guide cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and backend teams • Shape guardrails, evaluation logic, metrics, and enterprise AI controls • Provide architectural leadership for voice assistants (TTS/STT + LLM reasoning), document intelligence, and NL-to-SQL assistants • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery expectations • Support onsite workshops and architectural reviews when required • Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, compliance, security, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong STEM background with experience delivering enterprise AI or ML solutions • Proven hands-on delivery in Generative AI, preferably within Azure ecosystems • Deep understanding of RAG patterns, embeddings, prompting, and LLM reasoning flows • Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multi-stream AI programmes • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and execution plans
