• Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple delivery streams • Build and maintain scalable CI/CD structures with strong security and governance • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep • Introduce AI-assisted workflows to accelerate deployments and improve quality • Diagnose pipeline issues and implement fixes for stable, predictable releases • Coordinate closely with developers on build and deployment needs • Provide mentoring and guidance on DevOps best practices • Participate in sprint planning and prioritise DevOps work • Contribute to environment design, configuration, monitoring, and observability • Act as the escalation point for DevOps-related issues
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience managing Azure DevOps in enterprise environments • Solid knowledge of Linux systems and container deployments with Kubernetes • Expert understanding of networking, protocols, and security fundamentals • Hands-on Terraform experience for IaC • Experience integrating CI/CD with Git and cloud workflows • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead resolution • Ability to coach developers and influence delivery discipline • Fluent in English and Polish • Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus • Nice to have: Azure certifications • Nice to have: Experience with vulnerability scanning tools • Nice to have: Experience integrating AI workflows into DevOps processes • Nice to have: Background in consulting or project-based delivery environments
