⢠Lead a cross functional engineering stream working with .NET and React ⢠Set technical direction for component architecture and integration patterns ⢠Apply AI assisted coding tools such as Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality ⢠Take responsibility for code reviews, standards, and optimisation of development workflows ⢠Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps ⢠Break down requirements into implementable tasks for the team ⢠Resolve technical risks and ensure strong alignment with PwC guidelines ⢠Act as the escalation point for technical blockers ⢠Support developers through mentoring and hands on guidance
đŻ Requirements
⢠Senior engineering background with leadership responsibilities ⢠Strong experience in .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 7 or .NET 8 ⢠Solid experience building complex front ends with React and TypeScript ⢠Mandatory experience using AI coding tools in daily work or consistent private development ⢠Ability to design clean, scalable backend and frontend structures ⢠Strong experience with API design and integration ⢠Good SQL understanding and comfort with optimisation ⢠Ability to manage backlog priorities and steer technical scope ⢠Confident communication in English for daily cooperation with PwC ⢠Clear ownership mindset and ability to push delivery forward
