📋 Description

• Develop and evolve CADU's web interfaces using React + Vite + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS • Serve as the guardian of the design system — ensure all components, visual patterns and UI guidelines are followed consistently across all product modules • Implement and document new components in the design system, ensuring reusability and consistency • Review team implementations from the design system perspective — no UI goes live outside the standard • Implement responsive and accessible layouts for citizens and municipal operators • Consume REST APIs provided by the backend team — integration, authentication and state handling • Optimize interface performance — loading, rendering and user experience on slow connections • Give and receive code reviews — visual and technical quality is the responsibility of the entire team • Write component and UI tests as part of the definition of done • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review and retro) and in requirements refinement with the product team • Actively use AI in the development workflow — Cursor, Claude and Copilot in day-to-day work: component generation, AI-assisted tests and code review. This is not optional.

🎯 Requirements

• React + Vite + TypeScript — proven, hands-on experience in production applications • Tailwind CSS — deep experience with utility-first styling, not just superficial use • Design systems — real experience consuming, maintaining and enforcing a design system in an active product. Ability to identify and fix deviations before they reach production • Deep TypeScript knowledge — advanced typing, generics and best practices for type safety • REST API consumption — backend integration, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and asynchronous state management • Responsiveness and accessibility — consistent experience across devices and different user needs • Git and GitHub — PR workflow, branching and code review • Active use of Artificial Intelligence in the development workflow — Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude or equivalent. This is not optional. • Clear asynchronous communication and autonomy to resolve problems without constant support
