📋 Description

• Write, edit, and maintain standardized messaging, templates, and communications across internal and external channels • Audit and refine templates for structure and AI automation ingestion • Draft messaging architectures for product launches, service expansions, and operational updates • Organize and version content for human teams and automated systems • Write and update client guides for delegating to and managing remote Executive Assistants • Identify client content gaps and build self-serve resources • Maintain consistent formatting and structure across resources • Draft and revise transactional email copy and automated messaging triggers • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to maintain consistent tone • Guard the brand’s professional, efficient, tech-forward, human voice • Review team-drafted and AI-generated content for voice, clarity, and accuracy • Provide feedback and prompt refinements • Maintain and scale the dynamic content style guide and usage guidelines • Translate policy, product, or automation changes into internal reference documents and summary guides • Support content rollouts with announcement materials and quick-reference guides

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in copywriting, content design, or a similar messaging-focused role (B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services background strongly preferred) • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating copywriting expertise, ideally in B2B/tech contexts • Hands-on experience with a modern CRM, CMS, or content management platform • Active, hands-on experience using AI writing tools as part of a professional drafting workflow • Immediate availability to start • AI-assisted drafting paired with sharp editing judgment • Fluency with CRM/CMS or content platforms • Strong grasp of formatting precision, trigger logic, dynamic fields, and consistent service nomenclature • Experience organizing and maintaining a template library, macro system, or knowledge base at scale • Familiarity with prompt engineering or training language models on a specific brand voice is a plus • Self-starter able to drive projects independently • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting priorities • Clear, structured communication and ability to translate complexity into usable guidance • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home • Reliable internet connection • Must provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or similar/higher
