📋 Description

• Work alongside the Magic CX team to deliver a best-in-class experience for Dutch-speaking customers • Provide outstanding customer support under the close guidance of the Magic CX Lead • Answer client inquiries by phone and email • Address order issues and product inquiries via the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email • Track shipments and handle backend shipping inquiries • Conduct general research • Update addresses and client information • Serve as a bridge between customers and the clinical team • Potentially progress toward future CX Leadership opportunities within Magic

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English and convey key conversational points concisely • Availability to work weekends or have split-offs • Must be legally resident in and working from Portugal • Role handles EU data and cannot be performed from outside the EU • Highly organized and able to complete multiple projects concurrently • Able to navigate internal workflows and customer conversations without missing details • Able to calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations • Resourceful and quick to learn • Able to teach yourself needed skills from scratch
