📋 Description
• Answering client's inquiries • Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email. • Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries • General Research • Updating addresses and client information
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year live chat experience • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written • Can work 40 hours a week during US business hours, must be open to shifting schedule • No other commitments, can start ASAP • Has own work-from-home equipment • Internet speed: At least 50mbps • Computer processor: At least Core i5 or equivalent • Complete with webcam & headset
