📋 Description

• Lead daily trainer-led virtual sessions for assigned trainee batches • Maintain accurate and current training documentation • Run rubric-based assessments at each program stage • Resolve trainee questions and concerns during sessions • Conduct mock client introduction calls and mock interviews • Combine checkpoint scores, mock performance, and facilitation notes into trainee readiness assessments • Coach trainees on presentation, communication, and strategic support • Identify trainee strengths, gaps, performance risks, and targeted next steps • Review and improve training content, structure, and delivery with the Assistant Training Manager • Design simulations and role-play scenarios reflecting real client situations • Report trainee progress and project status to the Assistant Training Manager and Training Supervisor • Escalate unresolved issues and performance risks • Help onboard new team members when needed • Deliver at least one program improvement per quarter that measurably improves engagement or retention

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of virtual training experience with a proven track record of success • 1+ recent year working as a VA/EA with US clients • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for delivery, coordination, and documentation • Solid presentation skills; comfortable building in Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in a professional work environment • Understanding of different learning styles and how to teach to them • Experience running mock interviews and giving structured, constructive feedback • Ability to grade assessments against defined rubrics rather than personal judgment • Ability to facilitate live virtual sessions independently and adapt delivery in real time
