📋 Description
•Providing over the phone interpretation services. •Imparting thought, purpose, spirit, emotions, and tone of speakers from source language into target language (Mandarin or Cantonese-English language pair). •Complying with applicable ethics and standards •Being aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical specifically).
🎯 Requirements
•Native in Mandarin or Cantonese - Level English: B2/C1 level •Experience in interpretation and good knowledge of medical/legal terminology considered a plus •Computer: Windows 10 or newer with Pentium, or I3 processor •Stable and fast internet connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed) with internet speed of 4Mbps Download/Upload •A noise canceling wired USB headset •Willingness to learn and grow both professionally and personally
