📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Robot Framework and Selenium • Extend the automation framework with custom Python libraries and keywords • Automate API-level validation of business logic below the user interface • Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines • Build and own the regression suite, prioritizing high-risk business flows • Design and maintain masked and synthetic test datasets • Validate permission hierarchies and tenant-level data isolation • Investigate failed runs to determine root causes • Report quality metrics including coverage, execution time, test stability, and escaped production defects • Collaborate with engineers, product, and client teams across time zones • Document automation patterns for team contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software quality assurance experience • At least 3 years focused extensively on test automation • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, including writing and maintaining custom libraries • Strong proficiency in Python, including modules, classes, decorators, and type hints • Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver, explicit wait strategies, and resilient locators • Experience automating REST API testing and validating data consistency across layers • Working knowledge of SQL for test data preparation and backend validation • Experience integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Solid Git and code review practices • Knowledge of risk-based testing, edge cases, regression strategy, and automation prioritization • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to collaborate across time zones with overlap with United States Pacific business hours • Experience with Playwright or the Robot Framework Browser library is a bonus • Familiarity with Pabot and reporting tools such as Allure is a bonus • Experience testing document-heavy or highly configurable SaaS platforms is a bonus • Knowledge of Docker and containerized test environments is a bonus • Exposure to performance and load testing with JMeter or k6 is a bonus • Understanding of compliance-driven testing, audit trails, access controls, and SOC 2 requirements is a bonus • Experience using AI-assisted tools to generate and maintain test scripts is a bonus
