📋 Description
• Perform tasks associated with jury-related litigation consulting such as mock trials/focus group moderation and online jury research. • Facilitate community attitude surveys and prepare witnesses. • Conduct jury selection and demographic profiling. • Handle reporting and other related litigation consulting services.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate degree (Ph.D. and/or Master’s) in psychology or related field (i.e., neuroscience, communication, etc.) and/or J.D. is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field for senior-level consultant position. • Firm understanding of the civil legal process, procedures, and terminology. • Client development skills are beneficial. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Analytical software (such as SPSS). • General understanding of presentation technology.
