📋 Description

• Monitor received requests and active purchase orders, and ensure that orders are completed on time • Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct manager • Monitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dept., etc.) • Issuing invoices to customers • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service • Helping sales staff with daily activities, assisting in solving problems with customers if needed • Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or purchasing in the aviation sector (MRO, airline, repair shop) is a must • Very good verbal and written knowledge of English • Ability to work with various IT systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc.) • Goal-driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress tolerance • Friendly and engaging personality • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and remain helpful and polite at all times • Experience working with Quantum is considered an advantage
