📋 Description

• End-to-end management of project accounts: editorial planning, idea development, content creation, distribution, community management, and reporting • Ensure a consistent brand presence in line with the content and channel strategy • Research trends, target audiences, competitors, and content • Develop formats that drive reach, community engagement, and brand relevance • Rapidly translate trends and cultural moments into content • Test new formats and tools • Develop short-form videos from concept and filming through to editing; produce in-house or coordinate external partners • Write and edit content for different platforms and brand voices • Proactively manage communities through monitoring, moderation, interaction, and relationship building • Coordinate inquiries with specialist departments • Initiate Q&As and challenges, and channel pain points identified in comments and DMs back to the relevant teams • Take responsibility for escalations and crises, including assessment, forwarding, documentation, and coordinated responses • Create and maintain response guidelines • Serve as the interface with influencer marketing and paid media teams • Coordinate creator collaborations and social ads • Take responsibility for social KPIs, market, platform, and competitor monitoring, as well as data-driven recommendations and results presentations • Help shape workflows for briefings, approvals, publishing, and asset management • Onboard and brief junior colleagues and ensure smooth handovers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management at an agency or on the brand side, with hands-on responsibility for always-on accounts • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Experience with editorial workflows and community dynamics • Experience building or significantly developing channels or communities • Strong instinct for trends, content, and brand communication • Structured approach to work and high quality standards • Confident use of social media management and social listening tools, moderation workflows, and response guidelines • Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Teams, Premiere, or CapCut • Familiarity with AI and ideas for improving processes through AI • Excellent German and good English skills • Work samples of short-form videos are required
