📋 Description

• You work with online stores you enjoy shopping from (cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.) • You act as the central point of contact between our clients and the team. • Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration you build strong client relationships and take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects. • You have a dedicated operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation. • The main focus is on strategy development.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Open and transparent communication style • Positive demeanor • Analytical mindset and creativity • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
