📋 Description

• Work with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects • Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation • Develop email marketing and CRM strategies • Apply best practices regarding email send volume • Develop and conduct innovative tests • Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Previous experience with Klaviyo is an advantage • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Open, personable, and positive demeanor • Analytical mindset and creativity • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluent German • Solid written and spoken English skills • Must be based in Germany and apply from Germany
