📋 Description

• Work with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects • Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation • Develop strategies and best practices for sending volumes and email marketing • Develop and implement innovative tests for clients • Leverage technical resources to bring your own ideas to life • Have a direct impact on clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and are eager to deepen your expertise. • Previous experience with Klaviyo is an advantage, but your willingness to learn new tools is essential. • You are approachable, and your positive attitude makes it easy for others to talk to you. • You can interpret data and use it to develop creative marketing strategies. • You speak fluent German and have solid written and spoken English skills. • This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Germany.
