📋 Description

• Collaborate with online stores across various e-commerce sectors • Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships • Take full responsibility for project planning, coordination, and execution • Develop strategies and best practices for email marketing send volumes • Develop and implement innovative tests • Leverage technical resources to bring ideas to life • Directly influence clients’ growth rates and profitability • Collaborate with the operational delivery team on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Open and personable, with a positive attitude • Analytical mindset combined with creativity • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluent German • Solid written and spoken English skills
