📋 Description

• Collaborate with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships • Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects • Develop strategies and apply best practices in email marketing • Develop innovative tests for clients • Collaborate with operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation • Have a direct impact on clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Open, people-oriented approach and a positive attitude • Analytical mindset combined with creativity • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluent German • Solid written and spoken English skills
