📋 Description

• Work with e-commerce online stores in areas such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the internal team • Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • Plan, coordinate, and implement projects • Develop email marketing strategies and best practices • Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation • Conduct innovative tests for clients • Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Open, people-oriented personality and a positive attitude • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluency in German • Solid written and spoken English skills
