📋 Description

• Collaborate with e-commerce online stores in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion • Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team • Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships • Take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects • Develop email marketing and CRM strategies • Work with an operational implementation team covering copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation • Develop and conduct innovative tests • Use best practices to optimize sending volume • Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus • Willingness to learn and work with new tools • Open and positive communication style • Analytical mindset combined with creativity • Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies • Fluency in German • Solid written and spoken English skills • Willingness to work in Germany
