📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to connect strategy and execution through well-defined capability models and process frameworks. • Evaluate and document current-state processes and capabilities, identifying areas for consolidation, automation, or redesign. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate future-state processes that balance operational efficiency with regulatory compliance. • Establish and maintain governance practices that ensure consistency and accountability across programs and portfolios. • Support development of business cases and prioritization decisions that align with enterprise objectives and member value. • Contribute to enterprise planning activities, helping to ensure investments are targeted toward the highest-value opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or enterprise transformation, preferably within banking, insurance, or credit union environments. • Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and manage cross-functional efforts. • Skilled at working across business and IT to align on strategy, requirements, and delivery outcomes. • Experience developing capability maps, operating models, and other business architecture artifacts that support strategic planning. • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization. • Familiarity with change management frameworks and experience “evangelizing” new processes within an enterprise. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
