📋 Description

• Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for teaching and administrative staff; • Provide technical and pedagogical support to clients during implementation; • Possess deep knowledge of the solutions and the context of the higher education institutions served; • Manage schedules, documentation, and weekly project reports; • Lead kick-offs, alignment meetings, and project management activities; • Advise clients on best practices for using the solutions and teaching methodologies; • Support external consultants with materials, guidance, and technical activities; • Map promoters and detractors and work on engaging higher education institutions (HEIs); • Create and update materials and artifacts used in implementations; • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Projects, etc.); • Previous experience in education (preferably higher education) and educational technologies; • Experience in implementations, requirements gathering, or support for academic systems/LMS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, Technology, or related fields; • Knowledge of LMS platforms; • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; • Experience in technology or academic projects; • Intermediate Spanish (a plus); • Knowledge of systems such as Blackboard, Sagah, Moodle, Azure/DevOps, and Power BI; • Experience in higher education institutions (HEIs) or in integration between academic systems and virtual learning environments (VLEs); • Sense of urgency; • Proactivity; • Good communication skills; • Flexibility and resilience; • Teamwork.
