📋 Description

• Define and document Quality Engineering standards and practices for the squads • Guide the testing strategy, including automation, integration, end-to-end, performance, and accessibility testing • Create and maintain frameworks, shared libraries, and automation tools • Integrate quality criteria into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution stability and performance • Contribute to code and architecture improvements to increase application testability and reliability • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios • Track quality and experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement • Share knowledge and influence teams to adopt best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, or Software Engineering with a focus on quality • Experience creating or evolving automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java • Knowledge of integrating tests and quality criteria into CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of design patterns, Clean Code, and dependency injection • Experience with BDD and defining test scenarios using tools such as Gherkin or Example Mapping • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — preferred • Experience with Docker, WSL, or other infrastructure resources for testing — preferred • Knowledge of accessibility, including WCAG, and browser application performance — preferred • Experience with observability, incident analysis, or load testing using k6 or JMeter — preferred • Experience with AI tools applied to development and QA, such as Claude Code or Copilot — preferred • Knowledge of security and code quality, including SonarQube — preferred • Experience with mutation testing or evaluating test suite effectiveness — preferred • Graduate degree or MBA in Software Engineering, Software Quality, or Artificial Intelligence — preferred
