📋 Description
• Draft and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals. • Ensure alignment with Anguilla regulatory requirements and labor laws. • Collaborate with the Legal team to update policies based on evolving fintech requirements and cross-border partnership agreements. • Maintain policy repositories to support audit readiness and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in policy writing for financial institutions or fintech companies. • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks. • Familiarity with or ability to rapidly master Anguilla's legal and regulatory environments. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
