• 8+ years of experience in HCM technology or enterprise consulting • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience • Demonstrated success in overseeing complex, multi-stage Workday HCM implementations • Deep expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Process Framework • Strong leadership and team development skills • Exceptional client engagement and executive communication skills • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
