• Manage the successful execution of complex Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management projects • Act as a strategic advisor to senior client executives • Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams across multiple client engagements • Oversee engagement governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning • Provide executive oversight on Workday Time and Absence configurations • Collaborate across modules and systems to ensure seamless integration
• 8+ years of experience in workforce management, HCM consulting, or enterprise systems • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM, focusing on Workday Time Tracking and Absence • Proven success leading end-to-end implementations of Workday Time and Absence including configuration, testing, and rollout • Deep understanding of labor laws, time compliance, accrual calculations, leave policies, and system integrations • Strong leadership and delivery management skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Strategic mindset and operational awareness to align system design with business objectives • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
