• Lead and deliver high-impact Workday HCM implementations and optimization projects • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders • Mentor and lead teams of consultants and analysts • Own project scope, budget, and timelines • Provide strategic guidance on Workday HCM configuration • Troubleshoot complex system issues
• 7+ years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems • 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience • Demonstrated success managing large-scale Workday implementations • Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process Framework • Strong leadership, client engagement, and team management skills • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
