• Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices. • Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators. • Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations. • Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits. • Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions. • Understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), plan structures, eligibility rules, and data exchange requirements. • Workday HCM – Benefits certification preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
