📋 Description

• Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client workforce policies and compliance needs. • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that follow Workday best practices. • Support full-cycle project delivery, including configuration, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, providing guidance on calculation rules, accruals, eligibility rules, and absence compliance. • Work closely with other functional areas (e.g., Payroll, Scheduling, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment. • Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training. • Contribute to project planning and status reporting, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. • Stay current on Workday releases, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance solution delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Time Tracking and Absence Management • Demonstrated experience in Workday configuration for Time and Absence, including accrual calculations, validation rules, and compliance setup • Familiarity with labor laws, leave policies, and workforce scheduling practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in configuration and testing • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
