📋 Description

‱ Support the organization of internal and external events, workshops, and conferences. ‱ Track event timelines and action items, keeping the master calendar up to date. ‱ Prepare logistics notes, participant communications, event materials, and post-event evaluations. ‱ Coordinate travel logistics—including flights, ground transport, accommodation, and travel documentation. ‱ Communicate with participants to ensure they have the right information at the right time. ‱ Source venues, manage bookings, and ensure readiness of space, technology, and supplies. ‱ Liaise with vendors (e.g., catering, printing) and manage payments with the finance team. ‱ Provide on-site event support and assist with real-time troubleshooting. ‱ Support office logistics and procurement needs for the Nairobi office. ‱ Provide other administrative support as needed.
