âą Support the organization of internal and external events, workshops, and conferences. âą Track event timelines and action items, keeping the master calendar up to date. âą Prepare logistics notes, participant communications, event materials, and post-event evaluations. âą Coordinate travel logisticsâincluding flights, ground transport, accommodation, and travel documentation. âą Communicate with participants to ensure they have the right information at the right time. âą Source venues, manage bookings, and ensure readiness of space, technology, and supplies. âą Liaise with vendors (e.g., catering, printing) and manage payments with the finance team. âą Provide on-site event support and assist with real-time troubleshooting. âą Support office logistics and procurement needs for the Nairobi office. âą Provide other administrative support as needed.
