📋 Description

• Own day‑to‑day US accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite • Perform an accurate and timely month‑end close in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls • Manage and review AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, expense reporting, and aging reviews • Support internal and external audits by preparing reports • Partner with the Finance team on ad‑hoc GL tasks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2 – 4 years of accounting experience in a US‑based environment • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and MS Excel • Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus • Experience supporting accounting in a multi‑entity and/or international SaaS environment • Authorized to work in the United States
