• Maintain high uptime of systems by swift and effective service • Achieve growth target set by management for Customer Support revenue • Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms • Ensure collection of account receivables of AMC, Spares and Accessories in time

• Experience in customer support • Technical knowledge in installation and calibration of systems • Skills in maintenance contracts and revenue targets
