• Provide individual, couples, and/or family outpatient therapy on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. • Part time clinicians must maintain a caseload that supports a minimum of 12 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability: 16 hours per week). • Manage and maintain an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health and proactively addressing issues (ex. availability, cancellation reengagement, retention, clinical education, etc). • Utilize measurement-based care by incorporating assessments into every session and tracking mental health outcomes. • Complete timely documentation within Mamaya Health’s established timeframes, including intakes, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. • Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., medication prescriber, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists) and family members as appropriate. • Communicate promptly with Mamaya Health staff, responding to email/chat within 2 business days or sooner when urgent. • Actively participate in monthly team meetings, quarterly all-staff meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings with Team Lead, and supervisory meetings with Team Lead or Senior Clinical Leadership as needed.
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field. • Independently licensed preferred - LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT. • Minimum provisionally licensed to practice in TN. • Direct clinical experience for 1+ year. • Ideal settings would include outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings. • Experience working with women preferred, preferably with a focus on women’s health throughout the lifespan. • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility. • Strong self-accountability and autonomy.
