📋 Description

• Product development • Development of new merchandise products and collections • Research of trends, innovations and new product ideas • Combining creativity with a test- and data-driven approach • Building a long-term product pipeline • Brand design • Creating designs, graphics and special finishes • Designing products and collections that are consistent with the brand • Ensuring a consistent brand presence • Production & sourcing • Preparing product briefings and production documentation • Close collaboration with our sourcing team • Supporting sampling and approval processes • Optimizing existing products • Range & innovation • Analyzing customer feedback and sales figures • Developing new product concepts • Building an innovative merchandise portfolio • Contributing to future merchandise drops and special editions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing merchandise, lifestyle, outdoor or consumer goods products • A strong eye for design, trends and brand impact • Experience with product development and production preparation • Confident use of design tools (Adobe, Figma or similar) • Understanding of materials, finishes and product details • Creativity combined with commercial awareness • Independent and structured working style • Enthusiasm for developing new ideas and taking responsibility
