• Responsibility for design, approval, execution and detailed planning. • Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services, as well as their coordination and management. • Preparation of planning services in accordance with HOAI (work phases 1–5) that meet budgetary, quality and schedule requirements in the areas of new construction, conversion, extensions, renovation and modernization. • Feasibility studies including qualitative cost and schedule estimates. • Safeguarding the interests of the client/clients' representatives.
• Degree in Architecture. • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction. • Knowledge of building codes, technical standards and regulations. • Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit. • Good German and English language skills. • Strong team and communication skills, and a conscientious working style.
