📋 Description

• Support onboarding for new audit clients, including audit workflow and documentation setup • Participate in audit risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, workpaper preparation, and audit program completion • Use company software for audit, reporting, and compliance tasks • Prepare audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations, and other audit documentation • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and audit risks • Research complex auditing, accounting, and regulatory issues • Assist with U.S. federal and state compliance, year-end reporting, and filing support • Work across audit, accounting, and tax engagements, including bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and financial reporting support • Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, and/or tax • Experience leading fieldwork or reviewing junior staff work • Comfortable working across audit, accounting, and tax engagements • Turkish CPA (SMMM) or Turkish Sworn-in CPA (YMM) license is a plus • Public accounting or external audit experience is a plus • U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS experience is a plus • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Audit or accounting software systems experience is a plus • Excellent written and verbal Business English communication skills; interviews conducted in English • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify risk areas • Quantitative and analytical mindset • Cross-group collaboration skills • Organization, multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures • Home office setup • Ability to work according to U.S. Eastern Time zones • Willingness to travel as required
