📋 Description

• Teach online undergraduate and/or graduate business courses. • Create an engaging, student-centered learning environment. • Deliver high-quality instruction and provide timely communication and feedback. • Assess student learning through assignments, projects, case studies, and other learning activities. • Develop and maintain course materials and syllabi aligned with program outcomes. • Support student success through virtual office hours and regular interaction. • Collaborate with academic leadership and fellow faculty to support continuous program improvement. • Maintain compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and faculty expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• For Undergraduate Business Courses: Master's degree or higher in a business-related field from an accredited institution. • For MBA (Graduate-Level) Courses: Doctorate in Business Administration or a closely related field preferred. • Candidates with a master's degree will be considered if they possess qualifications consistent with graduate faculty standards, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline being taught and/or significant professional experience and relevant industry credentials. • Previous online teaching experience preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills. • A commitment to student success, inclusive excellence, and Manchester University's mission and values.
