📋 Description
• Originate and/or process mortgages • Front-end support by gathering documentation, structuring loans • Ensure a pleasant client experience during the pre-approval process • Collect proper documentation from clients to complete a loan file • Utilize AUS portals to check customer eligibility • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures • Update customers and real estate agents on their pre-approval progress • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and loan officer • Maintain loan officer's databases of customer information
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of mortgage industry experience • Solid knowledge and understanding of conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements • NMLS licensed
