📋 Description

• We’re hiring exceptional Lawyers who are driven to execute. • You’ll handle high-quality, meaningful cases with the autonomy of independent practice. • If you thrive on strategy, writing, filing, and delivering successful outcomes to clients, this role is for you. • You’ll lead case preparation, manage client communications, and drive results across a high volume of U.S. immigration cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (i.e. EB-1A, O-1, E-2, H-1B) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes • Demonstrated excellence and client advocacy • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to impact • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
